Should be a Graduate passed.
Job Location: Mumbai / Hyderabad / Pune Locations
Very good communications skills required
Should have experience in BPO or any contact center mandatory
Candidates from other than BPO, kindly do not apply.
Should have experience in handling throughput, TTT, TNI / TNA, Feedback Mechanism
Should have experience in handling Induction, Attrition, calculation of throughput
Should have experience in handling stake holder and client management.
Should have minimum 6+ Years of experience in a lead role
Candidates should have experience in handling team of trainers.
Experience in handling e-commerce processes would be an added advantage.
Should have handled voice, chat processes.
