Full Job Description

To assess student interest, aptitudes, and abilities in order to assist in academic and career planning.
To counsel the students in developing a specific academic program including choice of major course selections
To provide counselling face to face, over the telephone, or online
To keep confidential records
To build a relationship of trust and respect with clients
To listen to clients’ concerns, empathising with them, and helping them to see things more clearly or in a different way
To Report to Branch head and Marketing Head on a daily basis
To Meet the targets required for Admission
To call to the database provided by the company and collected through personal contacts
To ensure proper communication between the Marketing Team and Branch operations
To take the responsibility as assigned from time to time by the branch head.
To attend direct enquiries, incoming calls as well as making outgoing calls
To prepare, organize and maintain appropriate resources, reports and statistical summaries and coordinating activities within the branch.
To maintain proper coordination and support among fellow counsellors
