The company is targeting to teach 1 Mn students by FY27. The experienced team of BeyondSkool is well poised for its exponential growth and moving towards raising their next round of funding in FY 25.

Role & responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective communication lessons to students in schools using our technology platform.

• Conduct engaging activities in classrooms for active learning
• Monitor and ensure student progress and provide feedback on areas for improvement.
• Maintain positive relationships with school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders.
• Send regular reports to all stakeholders on lesson delivery and student outcomes.
• Engage with Parents during PTMs as per the school time-table
• Prepare students for Student Showcase events as per the school time-table

Preferred candidate profile

B.A. Literature (preferred) or any B.A, BMM. – Experience in teaching communication, speech & drama, public speaking, English subject across age groups – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Strong organizational and time management skills. – Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement. – Should have a laptop – Freshers are also welcome to apply.
