Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chemistry Teacher to join our JEE Coaching Centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Chemistry and a proven track record of helping students excel in their preparation for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE). The teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and fostering a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive Chemistry lessons aligned with the JEE syllabus.
• Prepare students for JEE Main and Advanced by covering all relevant topics in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
• Create and administer practice tests, quizzes, and assignments to assess student progress.
• Provide individual and group support to students, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Analyze student performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest JEE exam trends, changes in syllabus, and best teaching practices.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience in JEE coaching.
• In-depth knowledge of the JEE Chemistry syllabus and exam pattern.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Proficient in using technology and teaching tools to enhance learning.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience teaching Chemistry at a JEE Coaching Centre.
• Proven track record of helping students achieve high scores in JEE Chemistry.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools.
