Position Title: Tax executive / Assistant Manager

Location: Andheri (w), Mumbai

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Position Description:

      The primary responsibility of the Tax executive / Assistant Manager will be delivering tax services in compliance with Indirect and Direct laws and regulations within timeframe.

The key responsibilities will include:

             Indirect Tax

      Expert knowledge of GST law and its compliance comprising of filing the GST returns and computation of GST liability after setting off the input credit on monthly basis.

      Review all GST returns and cross check with books of accounts before it is uploaded in the system / site.

      Prepare revenue reconciliation statement showing the items for reconciliation between revenue as per financial statement and GST returns.

        Interact with external and internal auditors on tax related matters and provide information / replies to resolve their queries.

        Have to handle GST Audit & Assessment with Co-ordination of GST Auditors/Consultants.

        Knowledge of E-waybill and E-invoicing rules and process.

        Follow up with vendor for invoices, ITC and non-filing or return

        Knowledge of Reverse Charge Mechanism and Block of Credit

Direct Tax

      Working knowledge of various direct tax provisions

Skills needed for the role:

        Ability to work under pressure.

        Ability to stick to deadlines.

        Positive attitude and high level of integrity

        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

        Computer proficiency in MS Office and Excellent in advance excel.

        Knowledge of ERP system

Age, Educational Qualification & Experience:

      Age range: 25-35 Years.

      Educational Qualification: Commerce Graduate / Post Graduate

      Experience Average of 4-6 years of experience in similar fields
