Little Pods Hiring For Behaviour Therapist/Special Needs Counselor at India Full Time

• As a counsellor/special educator at Little Pods, you are expected to visit the client’s home or any other pre-decided location to conduct sessions/assessments.
• Conduct sessions using various psychological techniques/ approaches with a goal of having a child/ adult with special needs be independent in various domains of development. (Behaviour, Academics, Activities of daily living, Social skills etc)
• You are expected to use your skills most effectively and/or in case of any obstacles/confusion seek expert opinion from your seniors at Little Pods.
• You are expected to maintain and update required documentation i.e. daily session notes, ICP, IEP, review notes, etc.
• You are expected to maintain clear communication with your client keeping the senior authorities at Little Pods in the loop.
• You are required to maintain client confidentiality as per the American Psychological Association norms.
• You are required to participate in case discussions and review meetings.
