Role & responsibilities
Teaching:

- Develop creative and engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for kids 2-6 years of age. Must love children.
- Adapt teaching methods to cater to the needs and interests of individual students.
- Maintain a well-organized and stimulating classroom environment.
- Set and enforce rules and expectations for behavior.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for learning.
- Observe and assess each child’s progress and development.
- Maintain records of student performance and communicate with parents or guardians about their child’s progress.
- Establish and maintain open lines of communication with parents or guardians.
- Schedule parent-teacher conferences to discuss a child’s development and address any concerns.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom.
- Administer basic first aid and follow safety protocols when necessary.
- Work as part of a team with other teachers and staff members.
- Collaborate on curriculum development and classroom improvement.
- Manage and maintain instructional materials, books, toys, and learning aids.
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (preferred). But a graduation degree (any field) is a must.
- Previous experience in a teaching role in a playschool or primary school.
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English.
- Pleasing personality and strong interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in admissions coordination
