Role & responsibilities
Teaching:

• • Develop creative and engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for kids 2-6 years of age. Must love children.
  • Adapt teaching methods to cater to the needs and interests of individual students.
  • Maintain a well-organized and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Set and enforce rules and expectations for behavior.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for learning.
  • Observe and assess each child’s progress and development.
  • Maintain records of student performance and communicate with parents or guardians about their child’s progress.
  • Establish and maintain open lines of communication with parents or guardians.
  • Schedule parent-teacher conferences to discuss a child’s development and address any concerns.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom.
  • Administer basic first aid and follow safety protocols when necessary.
  • Work as part of a team with other teachers and staff members.
  • Collaborate on curriculum development and classroom improvement.
  • Manage and maintain instructional materials, books, toys, and learning aids.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (preferred). But a graduation degree (any field) is a must.
• Previous experience in a teaching role in a playschool or primary school.
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English.
• Pleasing personality and strong interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience in admissions coordination
