Job Description

We are looking for Teachers / Assistant Teachers for toddlers Montessori preschool (12 months – 3 years)

Responsibilities:

• Observing and guiding children with their learning needs
• Gathering resource materials and help in developing lesson plans
• Introducing various learning exercises to help children learn better
• Creating a safe and positive learning environment for the children
• Tracking students’ progress and maintaining a report on the same
• Accompanying students on field trips and other school activities
• Attending seminars and workshops as and when required
• Communicating students’ progress with their parents
• Adhering to the educational policies and guidelines at all times

Desired qualification/skillset:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education or equivalent degree
• Holding Montessori training and certification from a reputed institute
• Proven work experience as a Montessori Teacher, Teacher , or a similar role in the Education department
• Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Displaying a warm and welcoming personality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Having an eye for detail and good multitasking abilities

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus
