Position Summary
As an experienced Business educator (LINC Fellow), the candidate will work as an independent contractor of LINC and serve a diverse international student body for Masters-level programs studying at premier Australian universities. LINC Fellows will be the single point of contact for the unit in charge of student academic matters. The LINC Fellows will be contracted during each unit or subject which is expected to range for 4 weeks in duration. The program is expected to start tentatively in September.

What’s on offer?
The contract-based role offers a competitive remuneration typically between INR 45,000 – 50,000 per unit (based on unit duration, the scope of work, committed weekly time, batch size, and experience level of the LINC Fellow) when actively engaged, plus up to 40% performance-based incentives.

The role will be part-time (tentatively 2 hours of webinars each week, discussion forums, and
assessments + 2 hours of email support will be included) with scheduled weekend availability. The candidate will have the flexibility to work from a location of his/her convenience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

LINC Fellows will be responsible for providing:

• Academic guidance to a group of 25-30 postgraduate online students;
• Orientation and support in study planning;
• Support in report writing and research skills;

LINC Fellows will be expected to promptly interact with students over email, chat, and
telephone from locations of their convenience (e.g. home, office, etc.).

Desired candidate profile
1. PhD/Master’s degree from the relevant domain with distinction or first-class in Computer Application, Computer Science or information Technology from a top university in India;
2. At least 5 years of corporate experience and/or teaching experience in any of the
following fields at a leading university or college (note: at least 3 years of formal teaching
experience at a university or college is a MUST)

• Programming
• Computer Science

4. Proficient in the English language;
5. Must possess a working laptop and have access to high-speed (2 MBPS) stable internet connection;
