To ensure academic excellence by:Ensuring regular training at franchise and cluster level.Measuring and improving satisfaction levels of internal as well as external customers through Parent Orientation Program (POP), Parental Workshops or any other Parent Interactive sessionsConducting teacher workshops, providing teacher observation reports and providing feedback for class observation.Collaborating in the planning, designing, and implementation of teaching modulesUndertaking quality checks for effective academic execution of curriculumCo-coordinating with special needs department to support the teachers in delivering successful sessionsExperience and Qualification:Essential:Female Candidates only.Graduate E.C.C.Ed. / Montessori trained/ Nursery Teacher Training3-4 years of pre-primary teaching experienceA high degree of computer literacy and demonstrated ability to integrate technology into the learning environment and teaching methodology.Current knowledge of industry practices, trends and issuesFluency in written and spoken English is essentialDesirable:Highly developed organizational, communication and presentation skills
