Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher for our prestigious CBSE school located in Raipur. As a Pre-Primary Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational foundation of our young learners. Your passion for teaching, creative approach, and ability to create a nurturing environment will contribute to the overall development of our students.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities to foster the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of pre-primary students.
• Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that promotes learning and growth.
• Use a variety of teaching methods, materials, and resources to facilitate interactive and hands-on learning experiences.
• Assess students’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain records of their academic and behavioral development.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive and stimulating learning environment.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and guardians, and maintain open communication channels to address any concerns or queries.
• Promote a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect among students and encourage their participation in various activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the students at all times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher, preferably in a CBSE school.
• Excellent understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Ability to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
• Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and multimedia tools.
