We are hiring a MYP Design and Technology Teacher for an IB school in Hyderabad.

Job Brief:

We are looking for a committed teacher to complement our qualified workforce of educators. You will be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the school’s requirements. It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping them develop their personalities and skills.

Design, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons to suit the individual needs of all students in line with IB.

• Inspire mixed-culture and ability classes by creating challenging and engaging learning opportunities for all students
• Assess and monitor student progress and provide targets so that all learners can see success and improve
• Collaborate with other teachers to share new ideas, approaches and professional knowledge
• Communicate accurately and regularly with parents Liaise with the Head of Primary School and PYP Coordinator to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum to specified classes, including selecting resources and managing them efficiently in the classroom
• Contribute to the extra-curricular activities programme and participate in school activities such as assemblies, evening events, conferences Maintain constant awareness of the needs of any children to whom English is another language

• IB MYP Trained
• Demonstrate professionalism, commitment, integrity, strength of character and perseverance
• Inter-culturally aware with well-developed technology and interpersonal skills
• Inspiring trust and confidence in students and colleagues, being outgoing and enthusiastic, and showing a strong work ethic
• Articulate communicator Committed to ensuring high standards of teaching technology.

THE LIKELY CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS THE BELOW SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS:

• IB MYP trained and has experience in teaching IB
• Good command of written & spoken English
• Sound knowledge of recent technologies, robotics, AI, & ML.
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Good planning & organizing skills
