Job Description

• Formulating overall aims and objectives for the school and policies for their implementation. Ensuring the school is up-to-date with innovations, from teaching practices to new technologies
• Assist school in developing and implementing School Improvement Plans
• Assist in program implementation and curriculum development.
• Developing and improving the quality of education
• Looking into admission procedure and maintaining good rapport with all stakeholders of the school
• Should aim to uplift the institution at the top most level of the region.

• Leadership, strong interpersonal and effective communication skills to engage academic staff
• Prioritization, planning and organization skills.
