Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the team to enhance Lenskart’s employer brand and reputation as an employer of choice
  • Assist creation of employee-led content to provide a consistent, targeted, and impactful message
  • Assist in managing in-house media properties on diverse platforms (Linkedin, Blink, Instagram, Oracle, Email etc.)
  • Create hygiene communication collaterals including presentations, newsletters, press releases, IJPs, JDs etc.
  • Coordinate efforts of various teams in order to present a coherent message
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and innovation in the area of communications
  • Experiment between content formats to create the most disruptive and impactful assets
  • Regularly track external and internal platform metrics to create insight-led forward plans

Requirements

  • Keenness to bring the best people stories to the forefront
  • Good understanding of branding to be able to consistently establish the organization as an employer of choice
  • Adept at Microsoft and Google Suite, especially Word, Powerpoint and/or Keynote
  • Must have 1-3 years of experience creating content (traditional/digital) – having done this in college also counts 🙂
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills, and prior experience of creating disruptive content (long and short format, text and graphic based)
  • Should be detail oriented, focused on informational accuracy and particular about language and grammar
  • Being disciplined, accountable and adhering to timelines
  • Knowledge of measurement platforms and related analytics is preferred
  • Prior knowledge of programs like Photoshop/ Figma/ Video editing tools will be a massive plus
  • A graduate in communications, PR or any related field will be a plus
