LearnPick Hiring For EdTech Sr Sales Executive Required for Wizert.com (Online Tutoring) at LearnPick Full Time

At Wizert.com, we are building a new product aimed at providing personalised, fun, 1-to-1 Math and English classes to school students in the Middle East

We are looking for a Sales Executive who can generate sales by conducting regular demo classes and then converting them to premium subscriptions.

We are based in Kolkata and generally follow 3 days WFH and 3 days in office work.

What You Will Do

  • Calling potential student leads generated on our website, understanding their requirements and inviting them for free online trial sessions
  • Conduct at least 2-3 demos on average
  • Taking post-trial feedback from both parents and tutors and identify the need and area of improvements
  • Pitching of the product/subscription plan according to the need identified, and guiding the parents for payment which finally leads to closing.
  • Retaining regular clients and generating monthly renewals
  • Generate referral leads from the existing partners and students
  • Meet monthly revenue and collection target
  • Browsing tutor applications on weekly basis and taking tutor interviews online

    • What You Bring

  • Experience in web sales preferably in any online tutoring website
  • Bachelor’s degree with any specialization
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficient in using technology for education and with web-based tools like Zoom, GSuite, Google Meet etc
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to student and parent needs.

    • What We Offer

  • Monthly CTC 35K – 45K
