We are looking for an Operations Executive to handle our execution part by coordinating with students, parents and tutors to ensure smooth operations.
We are based in Kolkata and generally follow 3 days WFH and 3 days in office work.
What You Will Do
Matching and Setup classes for all eligible students with the best available tutors Taking post-session feedback from both parents and tutors and sorting out issues if any Follow up with all paid students at regular intervals to assess their feedback on the tutoring and liaise between student and tutor whenever needed Organizing monthly parent-teacher meetings (PTM) online or as requested Retaining clients and generating monthly renewals Generate referral leads from the existing partners and students Browsing tutor applications on weekly basis and taking tutor interviews online Organizing regular Tutor Test sessions and taking on-board tutors for the website What You Bring
Experience in managing any online tutoring website Bachelor’s degree with any specialization Excellent communication skills in English Proficient in using technology for education and with web-based tools like Zoom, GSuite, Google Meet etc Ability to work independently and adapt to student and parent needs.
