Required SME for: 3DArt1: Modelling If you are experienced working in fields like virtual reality, video game design, marketing, television and motion pictures, or digital imaging, we have an exciting opportunity for you! You will get to create a course around graphic design and illustration, you will use 3D animation software to create design projects with the help of drawing, photography, and 3D construction techniques

The SME should have a good understanding of: 3D modelling and its history  3D modelling- copyright dynamics, emerging technologies.  the uses of 3D objects and related digital tools.  3D Modelling Techniques  Process of visualization vis-a-vis 3D modelling  Color theories  Basics of lighting and shading  Lighting techniques in 3D Modelling  3D Geometrics Texturing  RenderingLocation: Anywhere in India Area of experience: Present or past Art/3D Art course (Modelling) building (design and development of content) for an online provider

Number of SMEs Required: 4 Hours/Week Required from the SMEs: 25 hours per week (Minimum) Project Timeline: Immediate- July 2022 ADDITIONAL INFO: Required Materials The course might be created using Blender version 2.79b and may require a computer running Windows Vista and above, Mac OSX 10.6 and above, or Linux Minimum hardware requirements: 32-bit dual core 2Ghz CPU with SSE2 support.  2 GB RAM  24 bits 1280×768 display  Mouse or trackpad  OpenGL 2.1 compatible graphics with 512 MB RAM Recommended hardware requirements:  64-bit quad core CPU  8 GB RAM  Full HD display with 24 bit color  Three button mouse  OpenGL 3.2 compatible graphics with 2 GB RAM Requirement Summary: We are seeking Subject Matter Experts in 3D Art (Modelling) who can help in curriculum design, scope and sequence development, curriculum writing, assessment writing, quality online course and academic standards alignment, accessibility compliance

The candidate should have excellent verbal and written English skills

Strong word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software skills

Target Audience for the course: Middle and High School Students The responsibilities and qualifications are listed below

Responsibilities: ● You will be responsible for providing support to the team and the stakeholders by identifying the requirements for developing robust middle school and high school 3D (Modelling) art courses as part of the elective course offering. ● As a SME, you will focus on research, analysis, solving critical challenges, and providing solutions based on your expertise

You will be working with the Lead Instructional Designer, Curriculum Director, and/or Project Managers to conduct research and provide support related but not limited to identifying, recommending, and authoring: course format and structure: ○ standards bodies, learning goals, and required course materials and resources ○ prerequisites that students may require for the target course ○ desired student experience for the course and overall pedagogy ○ course units, topics, and lessons; and ○ assessment (traditional and performance-based tasks) and projects

Qualifications/Prerequisites: ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education / Fine Arts Strong 3D art (Modelling) skills (specialization or certification in digital art or related area preferred) ● Fluency in English ● Art/3D Art teaching or tutoring experience required (US MS/HS experience preferred) ● Experience in curriculum design and development is required.
