Presales Lead Business Analyst
Job Description
- Should be able to work across all phases of Business Development i.e. Qualification of Opportunity, Solution Discussion, Pricing, Orals, Due Diligence, Contract Negotiation.
- Create the proposal schedule and decide roles and responsibilities for team members
- Defining and owning the bid response process starting from RFI / RFP receipt to submission and defense including
- Evolving bid response and bid review process
- Setting up a process for bid defense
- Owning and leading bid management for all RFI/RFP responses including
- Managing the bid response team and independent bid review team
- Finalizing the structure of the response with clear timelines
- Organizing pre-bid meeting with the bid team and review team to communicate the response theme and assign responsibilities to various bid team members
- Coordinating with bid response team for responses and acting as the point of contact for the bid team
- Putting together the response document; Organizing bid review
- Ensuring on-time bid submission
- Managing the post-bid process including
- Putting together a Bid Defense pack which includes Defense Presentation and other collateral in line with the bid response theme
- Organizing a Bid Defense team
- Definingthe agenda for the Bid Defense meeting to ensure that the correct message is conveyed to the prospect during the presentations
- Working with various stakeholders to manage the Defense Meeting
- Interact with management personnel and facilitate appropriate reviews for smoother submission of proposal
- Maintaining a continuous feedback loop to ensure that learning from each bid is captured and applied in subsequent bids
- Managing a repository of bid responses
Mandatory Requirements:
- Relevant work experience inthe IT / ITeS Industryis mandatory
- Ability to work successfully inan dynamic environment with competing priorities
