Key Responsibilities:
1. Campus Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective campus recruitment strategies that align with the company’s hiring goals and talent needs. Identify target schools and programs to focus on.
2. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including career services offices, professors, and student organizations at targeted universities.
3. Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand on campuses to attract top talent. Organize career fairs, workshops, and information sessions to showcase the company as an employer of choice.
4. Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, referrals, social media, and campus events.
5. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings of candidates through interviews, resume reviews, and assessments. Evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the organization.
6. Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a smooth and timely interview process.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per year
