• Manage Math & Marathi Language Interventions as per the activity plan for the school (remedial classes).
• Support students to prepare for board exams.
• Support students for personality development and soft skills.
• Planning and executing lessons that demonstrate rigor and model the vision for the subject/ grade Creating an ambitious vision and goals for students in the classroom.
• Creating proof points of excellence in the classroom via planning and execution of sessions in the schools for the required topics/subject.
• Continuously improving own practice through research, mentorship, and self-created learning opportunities.
• Communicating with and investing key stakeholders like the HM, teachers, and parents into the vision for students Collecting holistic data to inform short term and long term plans.
• Has subject-specific content knowledge, pedagogical, problem solving, decision making, and social skills Be resourceful and take the initiative whenever needed.
• Has excellent communication skills and be professional when dealing with all aspects of the program.
• Has a friendly approach towards the students and be a strong believer of student-centric approaches.
• Has a good understanding and knowledge of subjects and has abilities to create and conduct activities and keep the class engaged.
• Understand the remedial needs of students and find innovative ways to bridge the learning gaps.
• Work with a team on collaboration, planning and support each other whenever needed keeping program goals in mind Capacity to conduct student academic sessions as well as empowerment workshops in an engaging manner ensuring learning.
• Has keen observation skills, paying attention to detail and multi-task wherever needed.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computers. Previous classroom experience of teaching students.
