About The Company- Chemical Ltd Manufactruing Company

Position is for Executive only and to senior and eligible candidates only we might designate as Sr. Executive.

Position – Executive – Learning & Development

CTC Range- 8 -9 Lacs-PA

Location – Vashi,Thane

JD –

1) Hands on Experience in managing LMS (Learning Management System)

2) Must have handled at least 5 Training Cycle – (from Training Identification to Evaluation)

3) Instrumental in designing Training Content

4) Delivering Training (Process and Behaviour)

5) Must have handled at least 3 Performance Appraisal Cycle

6) Instrumental in handling Change Management at Organisation level

7) Assist Training Manager in implementing Training Initiative across org

8) This position requires to travel at least 3-4 days a month at sites

Candidates from the Manufacturing industry are preferred.
