– Develop Digital Content & LMS
– Measure Gaps, Delivery & Training Effectiveness
– Manage L&D Centre
– Partner Management
Required Candidate profile
– PG/MBA
– 8-15 yrs in Learning & Development
– 2+ years in Leading L&D for a mid to Large sized Organization
– Must understand LMS & Technology around it
– Excellent Communication skills
