Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, internal stakeholders, and external training vendors to plan and schedule training/educational sessions
- Partner with internal stakeholders for optimal participation in training programs
- Deliver learning programs to enhance employee effectiveness and ensure discussion-based learning
- Recommend and coordinate updates to existing training material for continuous improvement of course content and program delivery techniques
- Make content and modules
- Plan and execute training related projects, such as training process improvements, cost analysis, and measurements of training effectiveness
- Plan and deliver behavioral training for a range of employees front line leaders, mid-managers, and leadership interventions
- Manage learning programs and IDPs for various employee cohorts
- Designing e-learning modules and managing LMS
Our requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in training/learning & development/OD Intervention
- Professional certification in training or behavioral assessments
- Demonstrated knowledge in learning frameworks and content creation
- Good knowledge of all Google suit, MS office
- Proactiveness and responsibility.
