As we continue to scale, our vision is to develop the Landytech Academy to provide ongoing learning content and training to develop and design learning materials and modules to support the development of our people. Our Learning Experience Designer will take ownership of this and play a key part in this :

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deliver programmes that address the training needs of the business
  • Plan and Project Manage the development of our company learning and development programmes
  • Design and build e-learning programmes
  • Work with Line Managers to develop training plans for their departments
  • Work with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand the training needs and planned business outcomes and to transfer expert knowledge to high-quality learning content
  • Analyse and identify learning needs across the business and implement solutions
  • Design training content in collaboration with our subject matter experts
  • build strong working relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gain in depth understanding of the course content, learning objectives, and learners skills requirements.
  • Translate complex concepts and technical information into easy to understand and engaging learning content.
  • Create learning materials to support trainers with their facilitation
  • Developing an appropriate method of evaluation to demonstrate the effectiveness of learning solutions and the return on the firms investment in them.
  • Conduct evaluation of learning solutions and contribute to the continual improvement of learning and development initiatives.
  • Continually update learning content in accordance with any process changes throughout the business

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience designing and creating training materials in the financial services industry
  • 3+ years of experience developing learning materials (such as job aids; instructor-led training; facilitator guides; online tutorials; etc.)
  • 3+ years experience in an eLearning/instructional design role
  • Experience in the use of Learning Design Tools
  • 3+ years of project management experience in the implementation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstration of a portfolio of learning design
