Learn2Read Hiring For Montessori Math Teacher (Early Morning ,WFH, Part-time) at Chennai, Tamil Nadu Full Time

* Note: Ideal Candidates must have a Good condition Laptop, a High-speed internet connection with a minimum 100Mbps speed, and a workstation with proper lighting and background.

Only pre-primary teachers who have taught for 2-3 years from Kindergarten till class 1 in the last 4 years(2018-2022).Online Tutors who have taught 3-8 years old and worked with Edu-Tech company can apply for the position.

Working Hours: – 2 Hours in between 4AM-7AM.Teachers will be choosing any two hours and taking up classes in those timings.

Working Days: -Monday-Saturday

The Role

We are looking for creative and experienced teachers to join the Learn2Read team. A teacher who comes with exceptional command over Hindi/English and can engage the kids in a fun and interactive manner.

Responsibilities:

• Getting a depth understanding of the teaching modules provided by Learn2Read
• Complete the required learning program in the designated timeframe with the ideal result and outcome
• Engaging students with creative and fun methods of teaching using a variety of teaching aids in each session
• Collaborating with the Learn2Read team on a regular basis
• Providing the feedback of the kids on regular basis to Learn2Read and maintain the record of the same

Requirements/Skills needed:

• Must be a Graduate
• Prior experience as a Montessori teacher (preferably).
• Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in kindergarten and pre-primary level or kids between 3-6 years.
• Extremely good numeracy skills
• Good Command over the English language.
• Critical thinking skills and ability to utilize math in everyday life.
• Skill to deal with young kids with patience and empathy
• Passion for teaching and belief in building a strong foundation for kids at an early age
• Must possess basic computer skills and must be comfortable using a laptop.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: ₹200.00 – ₹250.00 per hour
