an Artificial Intelligence (AI) embedded data science and analytics product platform (patented in US)

driving the product journey.

Role Overview

As a User Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for engaging and creating effective experiences

for our users on our SaaS platform. Your primary goal will be to drive user satisfaction, enhance user

adoption, engagement and retention, and foster a vibrant user community. You will collaborate closely

with cross-functional teams, including the product management team, Program management team, and

Client Solutions team, Research and Analytics team, to enhance the user experience and drive user

success.

Responsibilities

1. User Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with users of our platform on a one-to-one basis.
• Conduct regular user interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions to gain insights into their

requirements, challenges, and satisfaction levels.

• Act as the primary point of contact for user inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring prompt

resolution and maintaining high user satisfaction.

• Proactively reach out to users, offer personalized support, and address any questions or concerns to

drive user activation and adoption.

• Proactively engage with users to understand their goals, provide guidance, and offer

recommendations to enhance their learning experience.

2. User Support And Training:

• Provide exceptional support to users, addressing their technical and functional questions,

troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through the platform’s features and functionalities.

Develop and deliver user training materials, tutorials, and webinars to promote effective platform

utilization and enhance user proficiency.

• Collaborate with the Product management and program management teams to ensure seamless

onboarding and user adoption, tracking user progress and intervening when necessary.

3. User Feedback Analysis And Implementation:

• Collect and analyze user feedback, feature requests, and suggestions to identify trends and

opportunities for platform improvement.

• Collaborate with the product team to identify and implement features and enhancements that

enhance user engagement and learning outcomes.

• Proactively communicate updates and improvements to users, keeping them informed and engaged

with the platform’s evolution.

4. User Success And Retention:

• Monitor user activity, usage patterns, and key metrics to identify potential churn risks and develop

proactive strategies for user success and retention.

• Work closely with the Client Solutions team and program management team to address user

concerns, provide ongoing support, and nurture long-term relationships with key users.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the user base and collaborate with the

sales team to maximize revenue growth.

5. User Engagement Strategy:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive user engagement strategy that aligns with the company’s

goals and objectives.

• Define user personas, understand their needs, and create targeted engagement plans to maximize

user satisfaction and retention.

• Collaborate with the product team to identify and implement features and enhancements that

enhance user engagement and learning outcomes.

6. User Engagement Programs:

• Foster a strong sense of community among platform users, leveraging various channels such as forums,

chat groups, and social media and promoting discussions on relevant projects and learning content.

• Encourage user-generated content and contributions, such as case studies, success stories, and tips and

tricks, to foster a collaborative environment.

• Plan and execute community engagement initiatives, including webinars, user meetups, and virtual

events, to facilitate knowledge sharing and networking.

Qualifications And Requirements

• 2 to 3 Years of work experience in User relationship management and Driving Engagement in a

Product based company.

• Degree in business administration, education, computer science, or a related field (Master’s degree

preferred).

• Proven experience in client or User relationship management, account management, or customer

success within the SaaS-based Platform, with a focus on data analytics, AI, and ML.

• Deep understanding of data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with

clients at all levels.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable

solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple user accounts, client accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet

deadlines
