an Artificial Intelligence (AI) embedded data science and analytics product platform (patented in US)

technocrats, external consultants, SMEs, data scientists, and experienced business professionals
driving the product journey.

Role Overview
As a User Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for engaging and creating effective experiences
for our users on our SaaS platform. Your primary goal will be to drive user satisfaction, enhance user
adoption, engagement and retention, and foster a vibrant user community. You will collaborate closely
with cross-functional teams, including the product management team, Program management team, and
Client Solutions team, Research and Analytics team, to enhance the user experience and drive user
success.
Responsibilities
1. User Relationship Management:
