Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective students and guide them through the Leap Scholar learning journey, providing a detailed explanation of the portal and app features
  • Educate and encourage students about the benefits of referring Leap Scholar to others through referral marketing
  • Manage learner relationships and ensure their satisfaction for customer success
  • Address and close tickets raised by students within defined turnaround times for escalation management
  • Manage deferral requests as an alternative to refunds under the deferral policy
  • Ensure timely collection of 2nd and 3rd installment payments from students who have missed their due dates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Freshers can apply)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer queries effectively
  • Problem-solving skills for escalation management
  • Proficiency in handling payment collection processes
