About the Role:
We are scouting for an HRBP for driving the People and Culture efforts here at Leap for a span of 250 folks.
We are currently a 1000 employee org and you will be working closely with Business Leaders to engage and develop the team.
We have a heterogeneous org->
➢ 20% Product Org (Engineering, Design, PM, Marketing, Product Ops)
➢ 80% Sales Org (Teachers / Counsellors, Inside Sales, Operations)
We need great talent in both the orgs. Hence the ideal profile would be someone who has played the HRBP role for a heterogenous organization.
Key Responsibilities:
● Probation & On the Job Training Plan: Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales teams. Provide coaching and support to sales managers in developing their teams.
● Performance Management: Establish and oversee performance management processes, including setting and monitoring sales quotas, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing performance issues.
● Employee Relations: Address employee relations issues within the sales team, such as conflicts, grievances, or disciplinary actions. Promote a positive and inclusive sales culture.
● Retention and Engagement: Develop strategies to retain top sales talent, including employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and career development opportunities.
● Improving HR Processes and Data Management : Leverage technology and tools to streamline HR processes, improve data management, and enhance the overall employee experience.
● Business Partnering: Collaborate with sales leaders and executives to understand the sales strategy, objectives, and challenges.
Qualifications:
● At least 2 years of relevant HR experience and a prior HRBP experience of at least 2-3 years as an individual contributor
● Has handled an employee Headcount of 150+
● Excels at building conscious culture, employee engagement, policies, and general problem solving
● Excels at first principles problem solving and process design
● Has spent at least a couple of years at growing a startup – navigated the different stages of a startup’s journey
● Has a knack for data management
● A full-time management degree in HR from a tier 2/3 business school would be preferred.
