Roles And Responsibilities
- Handling Joining formalities and Induction process.
- Handling preparation of HR Related correspondences.
- Resolving Current & Ex-employee queries on time.
- Updating and sending weekly MIS Reports.
- Sourcing candidates for different level of openings.
- Taking care of interview process and follow-up till the candidates joining.
- Handling Verification process for new joiners and employee engagement activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Department
- Good verbal & written skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
- Ability to source different requirements through various portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
- Good in Calling, Pouching, and Scheduling of candidates.
