Experience required: 1 to 3

Roles And Responsibilities

• Handling Joining formalities and Induction process.
• Handling preparation of HR Related correspondences.
• Resolving Current & Ex-employee queries on time.
• Updating and sending weekly MIS Reports.
• Sourcing candidates for different level of openings.
• Taking care of interview process and follow-up till the candidates joining.
• Handling Verification process for new joiners and employee engagement activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in HR Department
• Good verbal & written skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
• Ability to source different requirements through various portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
• Good in Calling, Pouching, and Scheduling of candidates.
