LEADZ Hiring For Sr Education Counselor at Kochi, Kerala Full Time

We are looking for a competent, self-motivated, dedicated and compassionate Student Counsellor who has experience in overseas educational consultancies.

As a Student Support Executive, you will support parents and students to ensure success in their higher education pursuits. You will be providing the student with one-to-one guidance in order to help them identify a career path and ways to achieve it, as well as prepare for their future. As an organisation, we believe in providing students with complete support throughout their journey and our counsellors are key to helping us achieve this mission.

Responsibilities Include:

• Counselling for students and parents as required
• Calling potential candidates and closing new leads
• Following up with enquiries via our database
• Identifying the appropriate course and university for the student
• Handling all queries and concerns that the student or family might have
• Liaising between the admissions team and the student
• Liaising between the visa team and the student
• Training and arranging for student interviews
• Provide guidance on all documentation (application, financials and visa submission)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (a Masters degree is an advantage)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge and experience of a minimum of two markets ((UK/US/Canada/Australia/New Zealand/Italy/France/Spain/Malta/Latvia)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Friendly, accommodating and patient
