- Develop Training Programs: Design and develop comprehensive language training programs that align with the specific needs of UK/other markets. Incorporate modules on medical vocabulary, effective communication in healthcare settings, cultural awareness, and professional etiquette.
- Deliver Language Training: Deliver engaging and interactive language training sessions to international nurses individually or in cohorts. Use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, role-plays, multimedia tools, and language exercises, to enhance learning outcomes.
- Provide Individual Coaching: Offer personalized coaching sessions to nurses from the cohort to address their specific language needs, focusing on areas such as pronunciation, fluency, grammar, and comprehension. Provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.
- Monitor Progress: Regularly assess the progress of nurses in cohort through ongoing evaluations and performance tests. Track individual and group progress, identify areas of improvement, and adjust training plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with Client Healthcare/Quality Teams: Liaise with nursing supervisors, healthcare professionals, and relevant stakeholders to understand the specific language requirements and challenges faced by international nurses. Collaborate with these teams to design targeted language training intervention.
