You will be working with a top premier Business School Ranked 6th in India for their online MBA course by counselling students over phone/ chat/ email and.

You will be working with the sales team and also the admission team to onboard students once you have enrolled students for the course.

Your communication in English and also an additional regional language(any) should be very effective and convincing.

MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in counselling or related field. Master’s degree in counselling may be advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years professional counselling experience, preferably in an educational field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and counselling skills.
• Knowledge of academic programs in area to be served.
• Knowledge of placement testing and career, personal, and educational assessment.
• Excellentactive listening skills.
• Ability to balance administrative and support services efficiently
• Excellentinterpersonal andmediation skills.
• Experience with counselling principles, techniques, and practices as applied in an organisation’ problems and developmental needs.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound analytical judgment and to work without close supervision.
