The Role
As a Leadership Development Associate, you will go beyond facilitation. You will help create learning experiences that challenge people to think better, communicate better, and lead better.
You will get responsibility early, learn fast, and grow through constant feedback. This role is ideal for
someone who enjoys working with people, reading the room, and adapting in real time.
What You’ll Do
1. Facilitate interactive learning sessions for professionals and future leaders.
2. Help learners build communication, confidence, executive presence, and workplace effectiveness.
3. Lead discussions, practice activities, and reflective exercises.
4. Create a safe, engaging, and challenging learning environment.
5. Observe learner behaviour and adapt your facilitation style in the moment.
6. Work with curriculum, operations, and leadership teams.
7. Improve session quality through feedback and iteration.
8. Build your own facilitation, communication, and leadership skills quickly.
