Minimum Skill Requirements for Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Trainer to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Global Distribution System (GDS) and 2-3 years of experience working in a contact center environment. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees in the contact center
• Ensure that all training programs are up-to-date and aligned with company policies and procedures
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and identify areas for improvement
• Provide coaching and feedback to agents to improve their performance
• Conduct refresher courses and ongoing training sessions to ensure agents are up-to-date with the latest processes and technologies
• Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, job aids, and presentations
• Keep up-to-date with changes in the travel industry, including new GDS platforms, and ensure that training programs are updated accordingly
• Support the management team in achieving the company’s goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Global Distribution System (GDS)
• 2-3 years of experience working in a contact center environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Sabre and Amadeus knowledge preferred
• Immediate joiner
