LEAD is a tech-driven learning system that transforms schools and education.We partner with Affordable Private Schools across the country and visibly improve their learning outcomes, their operations and their enrollments.Fastest growing B2B Ed-Tech start up in India working on transforming the school education system.Backed by international and renowned investor – Elevar Equity, GSV Ventures and WestBridge Capital.Series E funded company ($100 Million) – We acquired student assessment startup QuizNext in December 2020Company Valuation – $1.13B as on Jan 14, 2022Collaborating with 5,000+ schools, catering to over 1.2 Millions studentsFounded by industry renowned business leaders and Board with a mission to expand reach to 50k+ schools in 2025.With a world class curriculum – building an integrated learning platform full stack offering connecting School Owners – Teachers – Students – Parents all at one place.Products and Apps are based on cutting edge emerging technologiesKey Responsibilities:-Sourcing & recruiting Tech & Product professionals (both individual contributors and Management hires) across a wide range of roles (Mid to Leadership roles).- Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing through offer acceptance and start. – Providing guidance and support to hiring managers.- Strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates -Candidate Engagement Requirements: – 4-7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment life cycle – Tech & Product hiring (Junior to Leadership roles).Startup Hiring is preference. – Hands on Sourcing.- Strong stakeholder focuses and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management. – Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.- Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.Location – Delhi/ Gurgaon / Bangalore
