Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
– Expertise/significant exposure to B2B industry
– Should be up to date with general product trends, best practices, design principles and tools/techniques
– Exposure to agile working environments and methodologies working autonomously
– Ability to communicate/demonstrate the value and rationale to stakeholders
– Ability to quickly grasp processes and use-cases in a complex business domain
– Experience in building large-scale products on B2B setups
– Proven ability to communicate crisply and influence cross-functional teams
– Excellent communication skills, is a strong negotiator and facilitator, and has excellent written and oral communication skills
– Ability to interface appropriately at all levels (i.e. engineers, management, executives)
– Technical aptitude in articulating vision, detailed product requirements necessary to design and build software products
– 3+ years experience in managing medium-to-large teams
– 10 – 15 years experience, with a majority of it in product roles
– Btech + MBA from Tier 1 Campuses only
