Role: Academic Coordinator
Function: LEAD Managed Schools

Location: Thiruppyar, Virudachalam, Neyveli, Thiruppyar

Purpose of the Job:
Academic Coordinator is an inhouse resource for every managed school. Any individual who
is willing to understand and lead the school academic functions including teacher and student
development, wanting to be innovative and build his/her career in the fast growing EdTech
industry would be an ideal candidate.
Principal Accountabilities:
➢ Lead teacher training and development at the school level
➢ Monitor, document and plan interventions focussing on student development
➢ Monitor LEAD system adherence and execution in school
➢ Drive LEAD’s events, academic interventions and programs in the school
➢ Model instructional leadership and drive excellence in classroom practice
➢ Co-planning regular parent communications and driving parent delight
Work Qualifications:
Must:
. Graduate with 3-4 years’ experience in the roles of teacher/coordinator/principal or
other related
. Graduation mandatory or Post Graduation in Management courses only
Should:
. Excellent Communication & Presentations
. Willingness to learn and being proactive in planning, documenting
Nice:
. Curriculum role experience or B.Ed would be added advantage
