Polaris is building a new-age, industry-focused learning ecosystem designed to bridge the gap
between academic learning and real-world outcomes. We are looking for a Learning Quality Lead /
Lead Faculty who can help build and enforce high standards of teaching, assessments, and
classroom experience as we scale.
Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of academic quality, faculty development, curriculum effectiveness,
and learning outcomes. The Learning Quality Lead will own systems, frameworks, and processes
required to maintain high-quality learning experiences across programs — independent of who is
teaching.

Required Qualifications
8–10 years of experience in academia, learning quality, faculty training, or academic operations
with strong understanding of teaching effectiveness, assessments, documentation, and faculty
coaching.
Preferred Qualifications
B.Ed / M.Ed / PhD preferred; experience in Computer Science, technology, programming, EdTech,
higher education, or alternative education ecosystems.
