Qualifications/ Skill

• Bachelors/Masters degree in English, B.Ed., or Journalism/Mass Communication with excellent command over English
• Certification in Instructional Design will be an added advantage
• Prior experience in leading end to end online course development lifecycle
• 2+ years of experience in either professional training and development or instructional/curriculum design
• Exhibit superior English writing, editing skills, and oral/written communication skills
• Ability to grasp concepts/processes quickly and make them easily understandable in text and images/animation
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a high-performing team with shared goals
• Proficient in the use of MS office suite (PPT, Word, Excel) and should be able to create/ edit documents, make PPTs, etc.
• Coordinates online instructional design projects from inception to completion
• Assists in the development of online instructional strategies, course materials, and assessments in accordance with research best practices
• Understanding of ADDIE education methodology
• Experience using authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, ISpring Suite, etc
