Job description
1. Contact potential leads and schedule appointments for centre visits.
2. Give a brief overview of Le Mark and the courses it offers over the phone and gather as much information as possible.
3. Enter relevant lead information into CRM and follow up on a timely basis.
4. Provide one-on-one and group counselling to inquiries who come to the Centre in the absence of counsellors.
5. Meeting sales targets.
6. Create daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
Qualifications
- Completed a bachelor’s degree or undergraduate.
- Must have 2 years of sales experience.
- Must have a flair for sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Certificate in Sales & Marketing.
