50% of job will be personally conducting Soft Skills Training on various topics
25% of job will be coordinating other General & Technical Training Programs + Preparing Training Calendar
25% of job will be supporting HR in Developmental Initiatives

Required Candidate profile

You should have:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Training
– Hands on experience in designing & delivering class-room training on various Soft Skills
– Preferably a Diploma in T&D
