We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Teaching Associate for Manufacturing Engg in the EdTech Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality online courses in the domain of Manufacturing Engg.

ME / M. Tech, Ph.D. from a reputed institute in subject(s) related to CAD / CAE / CAM | Robotics | Mechatronics | Application of Digital Technologies in Manufacturing with 8-10+ years with an adequate mix in Industry and Academics.

Job Description: Should be able to work in a professional setup and digital environment to

Assist SMEs in developing online courses in areas of Manufacturing.

Articulate well to present the course material in video shoots.

Coordinate well with the course Production team for review of storyboard and final content for the course.

Prepare relevant Project statements for the course and evaluate Project reports submitted by the Learners.

Be able to conduct on-campus interaction on the course with the Learners at different Institutes / Colleges across India.

Evaluate and provide feedback to students on their performance

Create and grade assignments, quizzes, and exams

Engage in communication with students, providing guidance and support as needed

Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure course content meets quality standards

Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate new knowledge into course content

Participate in training and development opportunities to improve instructional and technical skills

Other Requirements: Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English | Skilled in using MS Office | Familiarity with requirements of Industry 4.0 norms in Manufacturing | Conversant with softwares | A passion for teaching and helping students learn and succeed | Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines | Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
