Key objectives:
To provide support and necessary assistance to department managers and staff to fulfill their responsibilities to the highest standards of set deliverables demanded by the business and to administer the elements of the L&T Edu Tech -CollegeConnect Business required standards.
To ensure progress is maintained and barriers for achieving the required objectives & targets are removed
The role description shall include the following but not be limited to:
Prepare finance and accounting related content on topics in the modules as & when required
Deliver the contents as ppts, in videos, virtual live sessions and physical model as required
Travelling to colleges on a need basis for giving lectures on finance topics and to promote products as business needs time to time
Review the content prepared by other content partners /other SMEs as and when required
Prepare CollegeConnect assessments and project works for the Courses and support in the evaluation of students.
Coordinate in course-related management activities with other stakeholders for seamless delivery of courses in Finance and Commerce
Support college connect business development activities as and when required.
Maintain close working relationships with works package managers, Business managers.
Promote Business requirements within Organization and customers.
Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure course content meets quality standards
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate new knowledge into the course content
Participate in training and development opportunities to improve instructional and technical skills
