Primary:

Regular monitoring of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Matth) Education project in coordination with the existing implementing NGO partners in 7-10 locations. Provide implementing partners with an understanding of the monitoring structure and requirements of the program Develop a tracking sheet for tracking resource utilization, milestones, outputs and outcomes for each of the STEM projects and implementing partners Ensure timely submission of fortnightly, monthly, quarterly reports from the NGOs based on the activities Organise and conduct Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly conference calls with local CSR teams and NGOs Raise concerns and take up issues related to on ground implementation of the project with NGO team and report them to the local CSR team and suggest course correction if requiredWork on developing an innovative model of digital platform for monitoring and for reviewing the progress of all the STEM projects at a glance Regular field visits to the STEM project sites and locations for monitoring and ensuring quality of work at the ground level Regular visit to the implementing schools to see on ground implementation of teachers training, classroom transactions, Project based learning sessions, meeting with SMCs and collaboration with local level government officials from Education department Interact with head masters and teachers in the schools to review the daily progress, assess their motivation level and for getting their suggestions and inputs in project design and implementation strategies Visit the NGO office and meet the team to discuss and understand ground level issues in implementation, good practices and challenges and facilitate cross learning among locations and peer learning Fill in the observation sheets for monitoring and ensuring quality of the work at school levelReview the completion of STEM infrastructure requirement in the schoolsIdentify other basic infrastructure needs of the schools and report them to the local CSR coordinatorsAttend events like teachers training, science camps, SMC meetings etc. Planning and budgeting of the project with partner NGOsReview the content of projects-based learning and content to be transacted in the schools Review the facilitators and teacher’s manuals, Worksheets and work books to ensure that it is mapped to the prescribed current syllabus in the schools Review the teaching learning Material and STEM kits for ease of using for the teachers as well as for effective learning for the students Prepare progress reports and provide daily/ weekly/ monthly updates on progress to CSR team.Compile data from various monitoring formats and tracking sheets and present it weekly to the Corporate CSR teamReview the data and give feedback to the NGOs on the good practices as well as on the targets to be achieved, challenges and areas for improvementPrepare a monthly presentation on the progress of the project and plan for the next month Identifying implementing partners for upcoming STEM projects Search, meet and visit NGO projects, experts in the field of designing and implementing STEM Education initiatives at national and state levelKeep track of latest happenings in the STEM Education field and what various stakeholders are designing or implementing including government plan and strategies Invite proposals and guide NGO partners on requirements of CSR grant for STEM projectReview proposals and facilitate selection process of new partners.

Secondary:

Assist in monitoring CSR Grant budgets and spend for STEM projectAssist in preparing the budget sheets, Grant Requests, Grant payment requests and facilitate process of issuing grant order to the implementing partners Facilitate close monitoring of expenses as per the line items agreed and disbursement plan as mentioned in the MOU Develop communication materials for STEM program and events Make creative drafts for collaterals like banners, signage, write ups for publications etc. Coordinate with CBMC for final copies of the collaterals before sharing them with the NGO partners Documentation Document the good practices and successful case stories for measuring the impact of the project
