Laqshya is one of the Leading training institute located at Andheri West, Near Station is looking for Female Career Counselor. Fresher Girls can apply, Experienced Girls will be preferred.

Applicant must have Good Communication in English & Hindi. Pleasing and presentable personality. Must have a thorough knowledge of Computers & Internet. Tech Savvy. Should be passionate towards work and always motivated to achieve given target.

Responsibilities and Duties
1. Counseling of Students / Operations of Training Centre
2. Convince & convert enquiries into admissions & achieve given targets
3. Batch Management, Student Management & Faculty Management
4. Should able to manage office independently
5. Data Calling and followup on students
6. Visiting Colleges & Coaching Classes for Tie-up once in a week.
7. Admin/Office Related Work
8. Any other business development activity as per the need of centre / management

Required Experience and Qualifications

Qualification : HSC or Graduates & Above
Experience : Fresher Can apply, Experienced are Preferred (only female)
Previous work in any educational institute or in placement agency or as HR recruiter will be added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
