Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: All the leads coming over call should be converted into an opportunity. The person will further be responsible for counseling customers and thereafter taking follow up and persuading them in purchasing company’s services.
- Grievance Handling: Any complaints coming from customer/students / trainer should be resolved timely and professionally.
- Single Point of Contact: The person will act as the single point of contact to all the external and internal customers and will ensure that all the queries are resolved effectively.
- Payment Track Record: Proper track records for payments should be maintained. Reminders should be initiated accordingly.
- Coordination: Coordinate between trainers and students for time slots and availability. Any sort of clash in terms of time should be avoided in order to ensure smooth running of the business.
- Admin and documentation: Maintain proper records and handle the administrative work.
- Exit/ Follow – up Interviews: Conduct follow-up interviews of students to determine if their needs have been met.
