Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Center Manager to oversee the daily sales & operations of the academy. The Center Manager/Counsellor will be responsible for walkin generations, conversions into enrollments, working on daily targets/monthly targets along with managing the center’s staff and ensuring smooth operations of the academy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, including admissions, student services, and faculty management.
• Will be responsible for walkin generations, conversions into enrollments, working on daily targets/monthly targets
• Ensure compliance with Lakme Academy powered by Aptech’s policies and procedures
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and meet business goals
• Manage the center’s budget and expenses
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners to enhance the center’s reputation and increase student enrollment
• Ensure student satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that arise
• Conduct regular meetings with staff to review performance, provide feedback, and address any issues
• Ensure a safe and secure learning environment for students and staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in the sales field.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and manage budgets.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
• English, Kannada, and Hindi language should be known.
