· Communication Skill- Bengali, Hindi, English.

· Provide information about the courses to the prospective admission seekers.

· Prepare reports on students queries and activities as required by administration.

· Maintain good relations with the new students who would want to opt for Upgradation(eg: Make-up to Hair Dressing to Skin to Cosmetology)

· Attending students phone queries, following up them for walk-ins and then registrations & Enrolments.

· Instruct individuals in career development options.

· Managing the day-to-day operations of the office.

· Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments/ Student visit/ Parent Visits etc.

· Dealing with Company representatives regularly.
