Who are we looking for:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Swimming Teacher. As a full-time Swimming Teacher, you would be responsible for teaching and coaching students in various age groups on swimming techniques, water safety, and sportsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching swimming techniques, swimming strokes, and water safety rules to students with varying swimming abilities.
• Preparing students for various inter-school and intra-school competitions.
• Assisting more experienced swimmers to enhance their swimming abilities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Certification in First Aid and CPR is required.
• Previous experience teaching children from the age of 6 years to 16 years.
• A certified and experienced Swimming Instructor/Coach with a passion for teaching and helping children.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Knowledge and experience of effective teaching techniques in swimming and safety procedures.
• Excellent swimming skills and knowledge in one or more swimming styles along with the ability to demonstrate and teach correct stroke techniques.
• Ability to manage a class of swimmers of varying skill levels.
• A bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in coaching competitive swimming teams is a plus.

Additional Information:

• The job location is in Chetpet, Chennai. This is an on-site job.
• School timings are from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm.
